Each event has its own camera policy, which may limit or exclude the use of cameras and/or recording devices.

The standard camera policy allows small, personal cameras with a lens 55mm or smaller.

Selfie sticks are not permitted inside the Arena during any event.

Yes! An external cloaking room is available for bags greater than A4 in size and larger items. We also have a cloak room located at the Information Desk on the ground level to store coats, jackets etc. Both of these options are offered free of charge.
 

After an event, any unclaimed items are logged as Lost Property and will be held for three months at the Arena. After this time they will be donated to charity.

The Babes in Arms policy outlines the age at which children are allowed to sit on the knee of a paid parent or guardian for free. 

This policy will be different for each event so please check the specific Ticketek event page for further information.

Yes! Each accessible toilet in the Arena is fitted with baby change room facilities.

In the case of family friendly events, a dedicated Parent’s room is often provided. Please check the specific event page for further details.

Prams are not permitted inside the Arena and will need to be cloaked at our external cloaking room during an event.

Yes! We have a limited number of booster seats available from our Information Desk for your child to use during an event. These are subject to availability.

Yes! Wheelchairs are allowed inside the Arena in one of our designated wheelchair bays. 

If you are transferring from a wheelchair to a seat, your wheelchair will need to be cloaked at our Information Desk. Our Front of House staff can assist with this.

Yes! We have Hearing Augmentation System available from our Information Desk during events.

A Hearing Augmentation System is a system that allows audio from the show to be broadcast to either a set of existing headphones or through the use of a “T” coil to a personal hearing aid.

Yes! Service animals are always welcome at RAC Arena.

Yes! Crutches are allowed and do not have to be cloaked as long as they are able to be stored under your seat.

If you have lost an item at an event please contact us

Lost property is collected and logged at the end of every event. After three months any unclaimed lost property is donated to the Salvation Army.

Suite opening and closing times vary from event to event. Please confirm the timings with your suite host prior to the day.  

We have no formal dress standards however you are required to wear shoes (thongs are acceptable) and make sure that clothing is not offensive or inappropriate.

Yes! We have a number of bicycle racks available to use outside of our Administration Entry, outside Entry B and in the car park.

We do not offer public tours of RAC Arena at this time.

All gifts for artists will be collected at front entries or can be left at the Information Desk. 

Your gift will then be passed on to the event promoter at the end of the night. However, we cannot guarantee that the artist will accept the gifts.

Sorry, we are unable to request autographs from the acts.

Yes! We have a number of food and drink outlets around the venue offering a wide range of food, including gluten free and vegetarian options.
All tables at the RAC Local Lounge and Backstage with Bankwest Lounge are available on a first come, first service basis and cannot be reserved.

Yes! There are a number of free filtered water fountains available throughout the venue.

Yes! Coffee is available to purchase from the RAC Local Lounge.

Our only authorised ticket provider is Ticketek. Please visit their website for details. 
Tickets can also be purchased from the RAC Arena Box Office, which is open on the day of the event, two hours before it begins.

Our box office is only open on event days with opening times depending on the start time for each event.

You will need to sit in your assigned seat as detailed on your ticket.

Viewing restrictions may apply due to the events production requirements.
If your view is completely obstructed, please reach out to our Front of House staff, who will be able to assist with relocating you, where possible.

Tickets can be reprinted for a small fee at any Ticketek agency outlet or our Box Office on the day of the event.

If the person who purchased the ticket is unable to collect them, the ticket purchaser will need to give written authorisation for you to do so on their behalf.

Companion Card tickets can be collected from our box office at the event.

The companion card holder must be present with their companion card for Ticketek to sight and verify the details in the booking system.

A special rate of $30 is applicable for all events at RAC Arena, with casual rates applicable before and after the event rate period.

Yes! Car bays are able to be pre-paid 5 mins after parking at any of the dedicated pay stations.

All bays are on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be reserved.

The car park will usually close at midnight on an event night unless otherwise stated.

Yes! There are a number of dedicated ACROD bays available in the RAC Arena car park. 

If the car park is “full”, simply show the car park attendant your ACROD pass and if there are ACROD bays available you will be allowed access into the car park.  Car bays can’t be reserved.

Yes, the car park has a height restriction of 2.3m.

There is a drop off/pick up bay located approximately 60m from the front of the venue on the corner of Wellington and Milligan Street near the yellow totem.

Please note that you are only able to stay in this bay for a short amount of time.

Most events at RAC Arena are joint ticketed. This means the cost of public transport is included in your event ticket. 

If your ticket includes the Transperth logo or says ‘Includes Public Transport’, simply show your ticket to Transperth staff and you won’t need to pay a fare.

Your event ticket is valid on Transperth for three hours before doors open and up to three hours after the event concludes.

Taxi ranks are located across the road on Wellington Street outside of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel and outside Fluor on Milligan Street.

Our Information Desk is also able to call a taxi service for you.
