- increased cleaning protocols throughout the venue including high traffic touch points
- hand wash guidance placed in bathrooms
- ensuring all working staff have completed the AHA Hospitality & Tourism COVID-19 Hygiene Course
- continued rigorous adherence to ISO and food safety management standards within all culinary service

Event parking is a flat $30, with our usual rates in play before and after the event rate period. Check out the event page here to find out the event rate start and finish times.
Absolutely! Our Quiet Room, located on level 1 opposite door 17, is the perfect space for you to take some time out should you need it. Anyone with sensory sensitivities who may need time out at an event is invited to use the room as required. This may include people with autism, Downs syndrome, people suffering PTSD, adults with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, anxiety sufferers and stroke patients.
Yes we have 14 ACROD bays in our car park. The first set are located near the Milligan St entrance, with the second set located towards the back of the car park near the Suite Holders and Mobility Entry.
ACROD bays are allocated on a first come first served basis.
