RAC Arena named Australia’s Best Indoor Arena in 2025

Western Australia’s home of live entertainment, RAC Arena, has once again cemented its reputation as one of the nation’s leading live entertainment venues, taking out Australia’s Best Indoor Arena at the 2025 Stadium Awards again, as voted by fans across the country.

In a strong national field, RAC Arena edged out east coast heavyweight Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne to claim the top honour, marking the third consecutive year the Perth venue has received the award.

The 2025 win adds to previous victories in 2024, 2023 and 2018, with runner-up finishes in 2019 and 2021. There was no Indoor Arena category in 2022 and no awards held in 2020.

The Stadium Awards are a national, fan-voted competition recognising excellence across Australian venues, with more than 570 stadiums and arenas eligible for nomination. The award highlights RAC Arena’s continued commitment to delivering world-class events and outstanding experiences for patrons, artists and promoters alike.

RAC Arena General Manager, Michael Scott, said the recognition was a testament to the people behind the venue and the community that supports it.

“Being named Australia’s Best Indoor Arena through public voting for the third year in a row is incredibly humbling. It reflects the passion and energy from our team and the support of everyone who walks through our doors.

We’re proud to create unforgettable live experiences for the people of WA and look forward to welcoming even more world-class events to the venue in 2026.

A big congratulations to our fellow Legends Global venues, Qudos Bank Arena and Brisbane Entertainment Centre, for also being recognised in this category.”

The win is another positive milestone for Western Australia, reinforcing Perth’s reputation as a must-visit destination for major national and international touring events and the power of the Legends Global network delivering content that WA fans want.
