Thinking about buying tickets to an event at RAC Arena? Here is what you need to know before purchasing.
Buying Tickets
Our only legit ticket seller is Ticketek. We can only guarantee tickets purchased directly through them and you may be denied entry if you purchase from anyone else. Don’t be caught out. Buy your tickets ONLY from our authorised seller.
Accessible Tickets
Companion cards are accepted for all events at RAC Arena. Special access, wheelchair, or companion card tickets can now be booked via the Ticketek website, through Ticketek’s Accessible Seating line via 1300 665 915, or in person by visiting a Ticketek agency.
Ticket Resale
Can no longer attend the event? Not to worry, there is a safe way to sell your ticket through Ticketek’s Marketplace, the only authorised re-sale platform for RAC Arena events.
Ticketek Collection
Venue / Pre-Paid Collection tickets can be picked up from our box office on the day of the event. The box office opens two hours before the event starts. You’ll need the ID matching the Ticketek account to collect the tickets.
Alternatively, you can visit one of Ticketek’s pre-paid collection agencies prior to the day. Visit their website to find out locations and operating times.
